Meet Coretta Frazier
Coretta Frazier is the founder and CEO of Professional Management Solutions, a local minority business located in Byram, Mississippi where she serves as head corporate recruiter. Coretta helps HR professionals and organizations reduce their employee turnover numbers by equipping them with skills and tools to recruit innovative talent. She helps her community by equipping them with the tools needed to obtain that career that one so desires. She considers herself an advocate for anyone that is looking to join the workforce or change careers.
Prior to founding her company, Coretta spent six years at Nissan as a repairman & lead technician, prior to that she spent several years as an operational director for her family owned janitorial and lawn care businesses. Coretta also has several years in management and customer service in the retail industry. Coretta has had a broad range of knowledge in workforce. She has walked in every footstep of an employee and has walked the footsteps of a CEO as a small business owner. Since forming Professional Management Solutions two years ago, Coretta has created an ecosystem of networks and serves as an integral part of the workforce industry in Mississippi.

Professional Management Solutions, is not your ordinary staffing/recruitment agency. Their motto is "We're putting Human back in Human Resource" and each aspect of her business is driven by that. The mission is to foster a network that aligns its clients with skilled talent. The vision is to empower communities by providing sustainable employment opportunities.

Professional Management Solutions provides executive and temporary recruitment services consulting, human resource consulting, monthly job posting boards, and intern payroll services, just to name a few. Alongside recruitment, management and employee training, Coretta offers professional development courses to help merge the gap between employees and upper level managers; offering professional resume services, headshots and professional brand one on one coaching.
Impacting the Community
A native of Edwards, Mississippi, Coretta is wife to her high school sweetheart and mother of their two children. She attends New Jerusalem Church and serves on her children's PTO boards. Coretta was the Vice President of the Byram Chamber of Commerce (2018/2019) and now a current active board member. She's very active in her community through being a "troop mom" to the Byram/Terry Girl Scout Troop 5841, and a Byram soccer coach (2016/2017 season). She is also a 2021/2021 board member and chamber ambassador for the Clinton Chamber Commerce as well as Chairwoman of Clinton Chamber Youth Leadership Council (CCYL).
She is dedicated to doing her part to increase economic growth in communities with her non profit organization, Innovative Workforce Development where the goal is to instill work ethics in the minds of people who are looking or eventually will join the workforce, as well as provide training for professional and personal development. Coretta is determined to make her mark on the world and be a force of change within her community.
Coretta’ s latest venture is commercial real estate and Executive Bonus Plans for small business owners. The purpose of starting these ventures is to offer small business owners a store front and help them attract top talent to join their team.
